Same-day delivery within Karachi (order before 3 PM). Nationwide delivery takes 1–3 business days via our courier partners.

Standard shipping is Rs. 300 for orders under Rs. 5,000. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Yes! We deliver to all cities across Pakistan including remote areas like Gilgit-Baltistan, Skardu, AJK, and FATA through our courier partners.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your parcel on the courier company's website.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment via credit/debit card. COD is available on all orders.

Yes, COD is available across all cities in Pakistan with no extra charges.

Take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Yes. Share your measurements through our Bespoke Sizing page and our tailoring team will craft a piece shaped entirely around you — structured, precise, and finished by hand.

Submit your measurements (shoulder, bust, waist, length, and more) along with your preferred garment and fabric on the Bespoke Sizing page. Our atelier reviews every request and reaches out to confirm fit before your piece is cut and sewn.

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or phone.

We will notify you immediately and offer a refund or a similar alternative piece with your approval.

Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp or email for bulk orders, event wear, and wholesale pricing.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL. We never store full card details and never share personal data with third parties.

Our ready-to-wear pieces are available across a full size range, shown on each product page. If you're between sizes or want a custom fit, our Bespoke Sizing service tailors a piece to your exact measurements.

Unstitched pieces are sold as fabric — cut lengths ready for your own tailor to stitch to your measurements. Ready-to-wear pieces are fully finished and ready to wear straight out of the box.

Absolutely. Every piece is inspected for fabric quality, stitching, and finish before it leaves our atelier.

Care instructions are included with every piece. As a general rule, hand-wash or gentle-cycle in cold water, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and iron on a low setting for embroidered or delicate fabrics.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Bespoke, made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned once cut. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
