By accessing or using the IEWEAR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including customers, registered members, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that purchases are for lawful personal use.

Bespoke pieces are cut and finished specifically to the measurements you provide. Once production has begun, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or altered. IEWEAR reserves the right to request additional measurement confirmation before beginning any bespoke commission.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for the convenience of our international customers. Pakistani Rupees (PKR) remains our base currency for order processing and settlement, and displayed USD amounts are calculated using a periodically updated exchange rate. Prices include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or selection of Cash on Delivery, where available. In case of pricing errors, IEWEAR reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

You may cancel a ready-to-wear order within 1 hour of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

IEWEAR ships worldwide. Delivery typically takes 14 days to 1 month depending on your location, but timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. IEWEAR is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear items with original tags attached. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, once cut or sewn, cannot be returned. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

All content on IEWEAR including logos, text, images, product descriptions, and software is the property of IEWEAR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Information on our website is for general reference only. IEWEAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
