Eligible Returns

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You received the wrong size or piece.
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing fault.
  • The item was already worn or altered upon arrival, other than by you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, once cut or sewn to your measurements.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products purchased on final/clearance sale.

How to Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (0315-2747519) or email (returns@iewear.pk).
  • Share a clear photo or video of the item and its original packaging.
  • Our team will verify and approve the return within 24 hours.
  • An approved return will be collected by our courier partner at no cost to you.
  • Replacement or refund is processed after the item is received and inspected.

Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
  • Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued where only part of an order is returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: All return and refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of IEWEAR. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria or where we suspect abuse of the returns process.
